I have tried repeatedly to loose weight and have failed. After working with Fadi, I have come to realize that a diet alone will not bring lasting results. What actually is needed is a life-style change which includes knowledge of nutrition, cardio and strength training. I am 43 years old and I never in a million years imagined that I would be able to change the shape of my body. I now have curves that I did not even have at the age of 25 and about 50 pounds lighter. Many people think that their bodies are genetically fixed. That is just not true. Fadi has made a true believer out of me. I attend sessions twice a week and have experienced a wonderful transformation. I still have about ten more pounds to loose. Current Workout Schedule:Three days a week of strength training and cardio

What was your motivation to workout: Overweight; made a bet with friends to get in

shape by the end of the year. I won.

What kind of results are you seeing: As of January 19, 2005, I have lost 31 lbs, 6

inches in my waist, I went from bench pressing 130 lbs to 165 lbs. I can run several

miles ( I had never run even 1/2 mile in my life )

Past Fitness Success: None, but gained a bunch of weight


How Did You Succeed: At first I had a hard time. After I began to see results, it got

easier.

Overcoming First Impressions:

I started out a skeptic of Fadi’s program. It was the most expensive of the programs that I had researched. I would have to travel and extra 1.5 hours on workout days and get up at 4:15 am to make it back to my office by 8:00 am. One workout session and an individual discussion about nutrition with Fadi convinced me that this trainer would be worth the drive and the money. I was right.

I’ve had fun, struggled through the pains of the workout and reaped the benefit. I have never been as fit as I am today.

I was 45, newly divorced single mother of a
24 year old daughter. I wasn't overweight but I really didn't feel really confident about wearing a bathing suit in public. I was a small boned 5 "1 and 107 pounds, I wore a size 4 petite. I always ate a balanced diet and weighed and measured everything I put in my mouth to keep me from putting on weight. Over the years I would join health clubs, I must have joined at least four. It was always the same old thing ... "trainer" would show how to use equipment and fill out a card telling me what exercises to do. I would stick it out a month or two and see no result, get frustrated and quit. So this time I thought if I am going to go to all the effort to work out, I want to get the maxim results for my efforts. So I decided to hire a professional with a proven track record. My former employer had worked out with Fadi for 3 years and he told me Fadi is the best... And you know what, he really is the best! I had friends working out with other trainers they didn't get as good a results as I did.
First of all Fadi is a super nice guy. I truly looked forward to seeing him for my morning workouts. His workouts were challenging but realistic, never boring. He really likes to change the routines and have fun with it. I never thought of myself as being athletic I'd never participated in sports or weight lifting. I was very green but he very patiently taught me to use the proper form while exercising to maximize the results. Lifting weights strengthened my bones (I am the poster child for osteoporosis) increased my muscle mass which improved my posture, firmed up my muscles and increase my metabolism, which made me leaner and more muscular. Boy was I excited to see my abs come in! Bikini time for the first time in 20 years! I went down in inches more than anything. I went from a size 4 to a 0 in pants and to a size 2 petite dress. I really didn't set out to lose weight but I did lose 5 lbs. I had weighed 102 before but this time it looked much better. My tummy is flatter at 47 than it was at 27. Now at 47 I have taken up running, I am really amazed at how agile and strong I am. I discovered I am athletic, a talent I didn't know I had. I look better and feel great.
Life is good and in November I am marrying my marathon running, former iron man boyfriend, Bob. I believe it was my Body By Fadi that first caught his eye. Thank you Fadi

Debbie McDermott, . Until meeting Fadi in August 2001, I could only dream of having a body so muscular and fit, especially at the age of 45. My only goal when I started training with Fadi was to drop one size in my jeans from a 32 waist to a 30.
However, by the end of April 2002 I was in a loose fitting 28, had lost 25 pounds and 22 inches; Fadi knows how to get results! He encouraged me to set higher goals for myself and motivated me to achieve them. His training methods were varied each workout, so I never got bored, and my body was always being challenged.

Fadi’s knowledge of my nutritional needs for diet and supplements guided me to a healthier, happier lifestyle. He encouraged me to use a logbook keeping track of my progress in my workouts and diet to which I greatly contribute my success. The time I spent training each session seemed to fly by with his fun loving personality and his sense of humor, yet he always maintained his professionalism. He had faith that I could and would change, that carried over to my own personal belief system.

I am very grateful for having the opportunity to workout with Fadi; and I have the utmost respect and trust in him and his guidance. His inspiration and motivation have lead me to a wonderful new lifestyle; I’ve never looked or felt better than I do now, and this shines through in every aspect of my life. Fadi is truly a unique individual and a great mentor.
