5 Cardiovascular Exercise Mistakes

Want to avoid some pitfalls of cardio exercise? Read this tell-all article to find out what the mistakes are and how to avoid them. According to the American Council on Exercise, the No.1 reason people give for not exercising is "lack of time." Not far behind is a "lack of results" once they do start exercising. If you train with me test yourself right now and see if you know the answers. Here's a hint: I preach them over and over again!! Senior Fitness

Bone loss is a serious problem in older adults, particularly women. Declining bone mass with age poses a serious health risk. Bone loss, or osteoporosis, results in bones that have less density and tensile strength. Decrease in muscle mass also affects bone density as we age but both of these conditions can be at least partially averted with exercise. Strength training combined with cardiovascular exercise helps tremendously. As a Certified Specialist in Older Adult Fitness I am highly qualified to assist you or someone you know.
